Washington Capital began managing real estate assets in the late 1980’s when we underwrote a commercial loan for a pension trust. Previously, WaCap only managed fixed income and stock strategies. More than 30 years later, our real estate business now accounts for the majority of our assets under management. We provide clients with exposure to real estate debt and equity through our commingled vehicles³ and also offer separate account management for clients with individual real estate assets.
