Selina joined Washington Capital’s Boston office in 2018 and serves as VP of Real Estate and Asset Management. She manages a diverse real estate portfolio across several asset classes including industrial, office, retail, hospitality, hotels, marinas, multi-family, and mixed-use assets.
With nearly two decades of experience, Selina has been involved with transactions involving acquisitions, developments, joint ventures, lease negotiations, debt procurement and asset repositioning. Prior to joining Washington Capital, she held roles at CBRE, Corcoran Jennison, Greater Boston Management, and Beal, overseeing portfolios in asset management, property management, accounting, and federal regulatory compliance in the LIHTC multi-family arena.
Selina graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, earning a BS in Corporate Finance and Marketing and an MBA in Finance, along with a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University. She is an active member of industry associations including the National Association of Women MBA’s, Who’s Who in Real Estate, REFA and BOMA.
