Julie joined Washington Capital’s Seattle office in October 2019 and is the Real Asset Investment Analyst. Her responsibilities include analysis of commingled real estate and infrastructure investment vehicles and client reporting.
Julie began her investment career in 1997 as a fixed income analyst for Safeco Asset Management covering the utility, pipeline and telecommunications sectors, and served as a high yield generalist. She worked eleven years for the Seattle Colleges as a finance manager and analyst managing financial functions for multiple budgets, grants, programs and foundations, optimizing funding of public and private resources.
Julie has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
