Emily Albertson is a Debt Analyst in the San Francisco office, which she joined in 2023. She analyzes and underwrites new real estate transactions and serves as the primary contact for borrowers while closing on their loans. She prepares memos for the credit committee and coordinates with borrowers to complete due diligence.
Before joining WaCap, Emily was the Client Success Manager and Mortgage Analyst at JVM Lending, which she joined in 2021. At JVM Lending, Emily qualified and pre-approved clients for single family home purchases and developed the protocol for post-close communication with clients. She also served on the technology committee, to evaluate new contracts that could support the client experience. Prior to joining JVM, Emily was an intern at Rora, a startup that specializes in guiding professionals through the salary negotiation process.
Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with concentrations in finance and digital marketing, from the University of Washington in 2020.
