Dylan joined Washington Capital’s Seattle office in 2024, as a Transaction Closing Specialist, where he is responsible for both debt and equity real estate transactions, including construction draw disbursements, real estate purchases, equity sales, and loan closings. Before coming to WaCap, Dylan was a Data Analyst at Dartmouth Health, where he specialized in using hierarchical regression modelling to evaluate hospital system performance under Medicare reimbursement programs. He earned his BA and MPH from Dartmouth College, and his MBA from University of Washington Foster School of Business with a focus on finance and investing.
