Bill joined the firm in June 2001 as the Manager of Information Technology and was named Chief Technology Officer in 2020. Bill is responsible for the general management of the Information Technology department and oversees the design, implementation, and administration of the information systems and technology infrastructure. Bill works closely with the firm’s management team to identify and explore ways technology can support and enhance Washington Capital’s corporate strategies and goals.
Bill graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and later earned a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from City University of Seattle.
