Andrew joined Washington Capital in 2022 as an Asset Management Associate in the Boston office, working on the quarterly valuation process and asset management segment of client reporting requirements for two of Washington Capital’s separately managed accounts. Other responsibilities include organizing the annual budget review, coordinating business plans for real estate investments, tracking portfolio occupancy and tenant leasing information, and monitoring the insurance coverage across these portfolios.
Prior to joining Washington Capital, Andrew was an Accounting Manager at The Siegfried Group, a financial and accounting advisory firm where he spent three years working with clients in the defense, government, manufacturing, and retail industries. Prior to that, Andrew was an audit senior in the commercial assurance practice of Ernst & Young where he performed integrated financial statement and internal control audits for both public and private companies in a variety of industries.
Andrew graduated cum laude from the University of Connecticut, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
