Charlene joined Washington Capital in November 2017 as a Real Estate Accountant in the Seattle office and was named VP, Controller in 2023. She is responsible for multiple separate account clients as well as accounting for various development projects and partnerships. She began her career in commercial real estate accounting in 1994. Charlene was previously with Bentall Kennedy (US), where she was an Assistant Controller of an open-end private equity real estate fund.
